6. Delivery, Handling & Risk Transfer
All deliveries follow strict cold-chain protocols to preserve product quality.
Once goods are delivered and acknowledged by the client, responsibility for proper handling and storage transfers to the client.
Any concerns regarding product condition must be reported at the time of delivery.

 

7. Returns, Claims & Quality Issues
Due to the perishable nature of our products, returns are only accepted for verified quality issues reported immediately upon delivery.
Supporting evidence (photos, videos, or temperature logs) may be required.
